The KTBS NowCaster program is designed to run on Pentium class PC's running Windows 95, 98, or NT4.0 Although the program may run on a 486 based machine, it may be too slow to be useful. NowCaster will not run on a Macintosh, Linux/Unix, or on a Windows 3.1 machine.

Minimum System Requirements:

• Pentium 75 or faster CPU (Pentium 133 or faster preferred)
• 32 MB of RAM memory (64 MB preferred)
• 256 color/8 bit or higher display (16.8 million/24 bit preferred)
• 640x480 display resolution, 800x600 preferred
• Windows 95, 98, or NT 4.0 operating system
• A dialup or full time Internet connection
• A JAVA enabled web browser (Internet Explorer is preferred)

You can have both web browsers installed on your PC if you prefer. Performance gains will be seen with Internet Explorer however, so we recommend installing it even if you prefer to use Netscape Communicator.
